INSURANCE

SIAL SA maintains its fleet secured the Magellan Insurance Co. SA with the following coverage:

Insurance deductible.

Vehicle damage including the risk of damage, theft or unauthorized use.

Total loss for the market value at the time of the accident.

Civil Liability for moral damages, consequential damages, property damage, strike and terrorism.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN CASE OF ACCIDENT

1 .- To declare in writing to the Company on forms that exist for this purpose, any claim relating to this policy. The deadline for doing so is 10 days from the date of accident.

2 .- Report immediately to the police at the police station nearest the crash site.

3 .- In case of theft or robbery, report the matter to the competent authorities within 24 hours after it occurred.

4 .- In case of collision with a third party.
a) Identify if possible the third participant (Patent, Name, Address, Phone).
b) Provide eyewitnesses, if any.
c) To promptly inform the Company many warnings, citations, letters, notices or other communications received in connection with the accident.

5 .- No compensation compromise or compromise without the written consent of the Company.

6 .- Do not repair the damaged vehicle repair without a warrant issued by the Company or the liquidator designated by it.
